ANNOUNCING THE NEW RELEASE “THE ENTRANCE” FROM THE INVISIBLE KID, YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS THIS DYNAMIC BLEND OF DANCE AND ROCK!
The Invisible Kid is the brainchild of New York City-based producer/ songwriter/ performer Daniel Lee. The Invisible Kid’s debut self-titled EP was released in November 2005 and was followed by an assortment of remix work in 2006. Gordon Sharp from Jezebel Music acclaimed: “his Oxford influences and Manchester sensibilities have forged a bond on the floor of his basement studio, somewhere between the production sized talents of his electronic mind and his subterranean love for white-noise theatrics.”
The Invisible Kid’s sophomore release is a mixture of 80's new wave, 90's indie and shoegazer textures, and modern electronica. The Invisible Kid has recently completed remixes for The Faint, Pet Shop Boys, and The Temper Trap. The first single from The Entrance, 'Sometimes,' sees a Volume 1 Remixes digital release on November 1, with a Volume 2 Remixes digital release on January 1, 2010. Remixers include Sub Swara, Jevne, Mike Traylor, Mitch Wells, Sub Secret, John Haze & Bollella. Second single 'Is It Going To Be Alright' is being championed by DJ Icey, with a remix package slated for February 2010 release.
